JAKS PC & C LLC was founded January 2006. JAKS restructure in 2009.

Chef Pradhan, received her formal training at the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale.  Betty-Rose attended the Art Institute to complete the step to enter in the culinary world.  Fulfilling the a dream she had since the since the age of 12.  While attending the Art Institute of Fort Lauderdale, she joined their culinary competition team, there she helped win a silver medal and the state championships at the ACF Chefs Junior State Championships in Orlando, Fl September 2007.

Betty-Rose has been certified in food safety and sanitation; and is fully licensed and insured.

Neva Whittaker, co-owner of JAKS Personal Chef & Catering Services, LLC is of Caribbean descent and currently lives in Miami Gardens, Florida.  She is a graduate of ITT Technical College of Fort Lauderdale.  There she received a Bachelors degree in Project Management/Business Administration.

She is familiar with preparing cuisines of all different styles.  Her 16 years of experience makes her  an exceptional addition to the team.  As a child, Neva realized her passion for cooking and then immediately began excercising her abilities.  In 2009, she came on board to JAKS as a managing partner and now in 2010 they are building their business as well as their clientele.
